- David Moriarity Added 2017-11-06★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Not the best service today. Floor staff are too occupied with their duties that they forget about the customer. Today the floor staff never smiled once. I was there for 25 minutes and not one person smiled when I asked for help...it was like I was disturbing them. And not one floor staff asked me if I needed help. I left my purchase in the cart and left and went to Home Hardware...WHAT A DIFFERENCE..THE FLOOR STAFF SMILED...OMG....SMILING FLOOR STAFF...AND THEY ASKED ME..YES ME...IF I NEEDED HELP.
